October 25, 2011 — Boulder artist’s work is tops in ‘Abstract’ and ‘Fashion’ categories .

Oct. 25, 2011 – Breakout photographer Inga Pae has received two more prestigious awards from the Worldwide Photography Gala Awards, this time for the July and August entries in the Pollux Awards.

With less than a year’s worth of artistic output, Inga Pae has caused the photo-art world to take notice of her creative perspective behind the lens.  Her series of 18 images called “Shadow Aspect” was the July winner for “Abstract” as designated by Worldwide Photography Gala Awards, and her 13 images in the portfolio called “ECOuture” was the winner in the August “Fashion” category.

May 23, 2011 — Boulder artist’s work feted by top magazine and Worldwide Photography Gala Awards.

May 23, 2011 – Photographer Inga Pae this month has received two prestigious awards within days of each other, both in honor of her portfolio, “Female Nude. Fog.” The collection won an honorable mention in the Jacob Riis Award competition from the Worldwide Photography Gala Awards; and the same collection received an “Excellence Award” from B&W Magazine in its B&W Portfolio Contest 2011.

Inga Pae is among 15 photographers – two from Colorado – selected for honors in the Jacob Riis contest. Her winning portfolio and others can be viewed at her website, IngaPae.com. The grand prize went to Alex Masi of London. Mike Frey of Frisco, Colo., also received an honorable mention in a contest that attracted 388 portfolios by 305 photographers from 32 countries. Seven Colorado photographers submitted entries.

April 29, 2011 – Photographer Inga Pae has been named as a finalist for the Jacob Riis Award in the Worldwide Photography Gala Awards competition.

The contest attracted 388 portfolios from 305 photographers around the world, and Inga Pae is one of 25 entrants still eligible to receive the grand prize.

She submitted her collection called “Female Nude, Fog,” which can be viewed at the Inga Pae website, www.IngaPae.com. The photos explore the indefinite borders between the human body and its environment. Inga Pae’s artistic goal is to “create fresh visual symbols for your conversational diet” and she offers four additional collections on her website, including one that presents the “shadow side” of the human condition, and another that suggests ways in which invisible forces affect our movement.
